Terms and Conditions – pruna.ro

1. Store Operator The website pruna.ro is operated by BY PRUNA SRL (brand "pruna.ro"). We sell clothing exclusively online. We have no physical store or collection point.

2. Scope These terms apply to all visits, accounts, orders, and distance contracts concluded through pruna.ro.

3. Prices, Information & Errors All prices are in RON and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes only; variations in shade, cut, production batch, or screen display may occur.

We reserve the right to update, without prior notice, prices, promotions, stock levels, and specifications, and to correct obvious errors (e.g. display errors, rounding, stock, description, or technical faults). In such cases we may adjust or cancel an order (partially or in full), notifying the customer and issuing a full refund of any amounts paid, as applicable.

The "Order received" email confirms registration only; the contract is concluded upon receipt of the "Order confirmed" email or handover to the courier. In case of discrepancy, the price displayed at checkout prevails. Already confirmed orders remain at the confirmed price.

4. Images, Visuals & Product Presentation Images displayed on pruna.ro are for presentation and illustrative purposes. To provide a clear representation of design, material, and colour palette, some visuals may be digitally generated or processed (e.g. renders, simulations, AI-generated images, or professionally edited photographs).

Actual products may differ naturally from the images shown, including variations in:

  • shade and brightness, influenced by device settings (screen, contrast, light/dark mode);
  • texture, density, and structure, inherent to natural textile materials and the manufacturing process;
  • subtle details of cut, proportions, or positioning, depending on production batch.

These variations are normal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the product. The technical product description remains the primary reference for conformity.

5. Customer Account & Payments Available payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g. online card, cash on delivery – where active).

Cash on delivery (COD) is available under conditions set by the store and may incur an additional fee charged by the courier for cash processing. We reserve the right to restrict access to COD based on order history or internal policy. Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery where applicable.

For card payments we use authorised payment processors; we do not store or have access to card data.

6. Delivery Delivery is made exclusively by courier to the address provided. Displayed timeframes are estimates. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to them (or their designated recipient); if you have chosen your own courier, risk transfers upon handover to that courier. Please inspect the parcel upon receipt.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Summary) Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Upon withdrawal, we will refund the price paid and the cost of standard initial delivery (excluding express or additional service options). We may delay the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch. Full details are in the Returns Policy.

8. Legal Conformity Guarantee For consumers, the statutory guarantee period is 2 years. Remedies are applied in the order prescribed by law: repair/replacement, and where permitted — price reduction or contract termination.

9. Promotions, Vouchers & Gift Cards Promotional terms are communicated on a case-by-case basis. Vouchers are valid within the period and conditions indicated. Gift cards are non-refundable, except as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property The texts, graphics, logo, photographs, and layout of pruna.ro are protected under applicable law. Any use, copying, or distribution without the written consent of BY PRUNA SRL is prohibited.

11. Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of profit, loss of data) to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.

12. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for non-performance caused by an external, unforeseeable, and absolutely unavoidable event, for the duration of such event.

13. Dispute Resolution We aim to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing an amicable resolution, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Romania. Consumers may also use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures. The EU ODR platform is no longer operational; consumers may use national dispute resolution channels.
