Shipping Policy – pruna.ro
1. Channel & Coverage Sales are made exclusively online via pruna.ro. Delivery is by courier to the address provided by the customer, within Romania only. There is no physical store and we do not offer collection in person.
2. Costs & Timeframes Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout, based on the delivery address, courier option, and parcel weight/volume. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, peak periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Dispatch & Transfer of Risk Orders are handed over to the courier after confirmation and, for online payments, after payment has been registered. Risk of the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to them or to their designated recipient. If you choose your own courier, risk transfers at the point of handover to that courier.
4. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, or inability to deliver, the courier may attempt redelivery according to their own procedures. Unclaimed or refused orders may only be reshipped after payment of additional costs. In the case of repeated refusals, we reserve the right to require advance payment for future orders.
5. Parcel Inspection Upon receipt, please check the packaging for visible damage. If you notice any, ask the courier to draw up a damage report and contact us on the same day at orders@pruna.ro.
6. In-Store Collection We do not offer in-store collection or pick-up points.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cash on delivery is available only for orders up to the limit displayed at checkout. Selecting COD may incur an additional fee charged by the courier for cash processing; this is shown automatically on the checkout page. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier. For orders above the COD limit, payment must be made online. In the event of unjustified order refusals, we reserve the right to restrict access to the COD payment option.
